No. We support businesses across South Africa through a local team and partner network, and international clients on USD retainers. Remote-first is the default; on-site is arranged where it is needed.
What makes your pricing different?
Published per-user bands on the Partner Programme: Starter is R650/user/month month-to-month (from R500 on a 12-month term). Partner is R950/user/month month-to-month (from R750 on a 12-month term). No setup fees. Longer terms are optional, not required. International packages are quoted in USD. Bands and inclusions are listed on the Partner Programme.
How quickly can you respond to IT issues?
Our guarantee is under 2 hours for critical issues on the Partner plan, with real credits if we miss the SLA.
Can you support businesses outside South Africa?
